Actual colors may vary slightly from the picture due to lighting effects and different screen display settings. We recommend sizing down as the product runs large.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief pending a final decision by the arbitrator.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
